We can only release when your ID matches the name on release paperwork from the leinholder.
If this is not possible, you need to acquire a “notarized limited power of attorney” & provide it to the lienholder so they can give us permission to release property to you.
Property redemption is only permitted by appointment only, during normal office business hours & we require contact at least 24 hours in advance for all appointments.
